Listen to Health Workers: World Health Worker Week 2021
The following post and listed resources were provided by the Frontline Health Workers Coalition, in partnership with the World Health Organization, for World Health Worker Week 2021, April 5 - 9.

Today kicks off World Health Worker Week 2021! This week is dedicated to calling on policymakers to listen to health workers and then act for them. Health workers know best what they need to be safer, healthier, and more prepared to end the COVID-19 pandemic, prevent future disease outbreaks, and ensure access to essential services for their communities.

A final remember that World Health Worker Week is only a few days, but we can take action and make a difference year round. That's especially true this year, which the WHO declared as the International Year of Health and Care Workers.
