
Linked Immunisation Action Network Practitioner Perspective Interview: Uzbekistan's Successful Introduction of HPV Vaccine
Linked Immunisation Action Network recently launched their Practitioner Perspectives interview series, where they speak with immunisation experts to learn about recent successes of their national immunisation programmes.
During a recent in-person engagement that brought together countries from the Europe-Central Asia region to discuss Immunisation Service Delivery through Primary Health Care (PHC) Platforms, Linked Immunisation Action Network conducted an interview with Dilorom Tursunova, Head of the Expanded Immunisation Programme, Uzbekistan. In this interview, Tursunova discusses the country’s successful introduction of the HPV vaccine and explores the barriers in the beginning of introduction, as well as the strategies and lessons learned.
