Pandemic Action Network — a partnership of over 140 diverse organizations — came together because we know the challenges of pandemic response and preparedness are too big and too many for any one single stakeholder or sector. Only together can we end this crisis for everyone around the world and ensure that future generations are better prepared and protected from pandemic threats.
In the rush to get back to “normal,” even while the pandemic rages in countries around the world, our ability to take care of victims of this crisis and act on the lessons learned from COVID-19 are compromised. We’d love to have your help. Become a Pandemic Action Ambassador. Pandemic Action Ambassadors come in many forms — those who work on the frontlines, parents balancing child care alongside their day job, people who have lost loved ones, people who have lost livelihoods, and those who have seen the impact of political inaction.
Pandemic Action Ambassadors are people who care, people who are willing to stand up and speak up about the urgency of ending this crisis, building systems at every level to prepare humanity for pandemics, and learning the lessons of this pandemic.
Numbers are not enough to create the political will to act. It’s people — people like you — who create the impetus for change by sharing the personal stories, experiences, and challenges of living through the COVID-19 pandemic.
You won’t be doing this alone. Pandemic Action Ambassadors will receive monthly emails with small but impactful ways to take action and engage in advocacy efforts, access to the broader Ambassador community, and opportunities to support Network content and campaign efforts.
